Set your home page in your WordPress settings
Go to your WordPress Dashboard, and then go to Settings > Reading, as per below:
Then set the settings as per below:
Front page: Homepage
Posts page: Blog
And save the page.
Set the home page template
In the FemiBlogger child theme there is a file called tpl-homepage.php
From your WordPress Dashboard, go to pages > Homepage and and set the homepage template for the page down the right hand side of the page, as per below:
Then save the page by clicking UPDATE.
How to edit / design the home page
Go to Pages and edit your Homepage using Beaver Builder like you would any other page
Important: Can can only edit everything above the blog section using beaver builder
The home page template tpl-homepage.php in the theme is what controls the output of your home page. In the file, the code specifies the blog will automatically show under the content you add using Beaver Builder.
If you want to remove the blog from the homepage, we suggest creating a new Page and adding the Page - Homepage Beaver Builder page template into this page.
